November 2 - ISO50001 Energy Management System Training

       We invited industry experts to provide an in-depth analysis of the ISO50001 standard for the team. This training not only helped employees understand the importance of energy management, but also taught practical skills on how to effectively reduce energy consumption and improve energy efficiency. Through learning, everyone realized that energy management is not only a corporate responsibility, but also the key to improving competitiveness.

November 26-27 - Daily Management Training

      This training is for management trainees and elite class cadres, and the content covers basic goal management, time management, PDCA and KPI management related tools. Through case analysis and role-playing, the trainees enhanced their practical operation ability, improved their management thinking, and laid a solid foundation for their future career.

November 26 - Hazardous Chemical Management Training/Chemical Leakage Drill

       Safety is our top priority. This training focused on the management standards and emergency response measures for hazardous chemicals. Through the simulation drill, employees became familiar with the emergency response process for chemical leaks, ensuring that they can respond to emergencies quickly and effectively in actual work to protect their own and others' safety.

November 29 - Mental Health and Happiness Training

       In a fast-paced work environment, we pay special attention to the mental health of our employees. Through knowledge sharing, interactive discussions and art therapy group psychological counseling, this training helps employees identify whether they are mentally normal, master psychological adjustment methods, and improve their sense of happiness. We believe that a healthy mind is the basis for efficient work.

November 26 - December 2 Management Trainee Series Training


      For new management trainees, we also conducted company introduction, organizational structure, product development process, 

personnel rules and regulations, and career planning training. Through these contents, we help management trainees quickly integrate 

into the company culture, understand the collaborative relationship between departments, and lay a solid foundation for their career development.

November 29th ~ December 5th - 6sigma Green Belt Training

     

       In order to continuously promote process optimization and quality management, Heatmoving Electronics launched the 6sigma Green Belt Training. 

Through systematic learning, participants will master the tools of data analysis and problem solving, improve work efficiency, and promote the 

innovative development of the enterprise.


      In the training in November, we not only improved the professional skills of employees, but also enhanced the cohesion of the team. The enthusiasm
